Ollie Osborne

I am a 44-year-old father of two, a former Royal Marines Commando, and the founder of Warrior Wellness Movement, established in 2024. With nearly two decades of coaching experience, I have transformed the lives of over 100 clients, helping them reclaim their health, strength, and performance through my proven Warrior Evolution Programme.

My journey began in the UK Armed Forces, where I joined the Royal Marines in 2005. During my 14-year military career, I served first as a soldier and later as a Royal Navy Physical Training Instructor.

After sustaining multiple career-ending injuries, I spent two years undergoing intensive rehabilitation at Haslar Coy in Plymouth and Headley Court. These experiences fuelled my passion for rebuilding strength - not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.

Post-military, I transitioned to professional sports, serving as the 1st Team Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach and Sports Scientist for Plymouth Argyle FC for two seasons.

I have also competed at an international level in two sports:

As part of the British Olympic Sailing Team (1998–2002), I represented Great Britain in World and European Championships, traveling the globe to compete at the highest level.

Later, as a military athlete, I competed in three Indoor Rowing World Championships, achieving a personal best of 5th place in 2013.

Throughout my career, I have coached and trained athletes across diverse disciplines, helping them excel in performance and achieve their goals. Beyond athletics, my passion lies in guiding men and women toward better health - whether through weight loss, lean muscle gain, or improving overall fitness and vitality.

Through Warrior Wellness Movement, I now specialise in empowering military veterans and busy professionals who have lost their way with health and fitness.

My program focuses on four core pillars: Physical Strength, Mental Resilience, Nutritional Foundations, and Community Support. Backed by a dedicated team - including a cognitive behavioural therapist and a nutritional therapist specialising in women’s health - we deliver life-changing results for our clients.

Nutritional Therapist & Specialist in Women's Health

Hazel Davies

I’m Hazel, a 43-year-old mother of three energetic boys, living by the beautiful coast in East Devon.

As a Nutritional Therapist

with over 20 years of experience in health and wellbeing, my passion lies in empowering individuals - particularly those in midlife - to take control of their health and transform their quality of life.

My journey into nutrition was deeply personal. With a family history of cancer, obesity, and dementia, I witnessed first-hand the impact that health choices can have on longevity and vitality. As I began to see friends and loved ones struggling with the effects of menopause and other midlife challenges, my mission to help others became crystal clear.

Over the years, I’ve pursued a variety of qualifications to support my mission, including certifications as a

Personal Trainer, Yoga and Pilates Instructor, Sports Massage Therapist and Health Journalist, culminating in my work as a

Nutritional Therapist.

This diverse background allows me to take a holistic approach to health, addressing not just diet but also lifestyle, movement, and mindset.

I’m honoured to be part of Warrior Wellness Movement, working alongside Ollie and his incredible team to transform lives through strength and resilience. We share a common vision of helping individuals reclaim their health and fitness, with heart and care at the centre of everything we do.

My focus within the Warrior Evolution Programme is helping clients take a deeper dive into their nutritional choices, optimising their health outcomes and unlocking powerful, sustainable results.

Nutrition, alongside exercise, is a cornerstone of disease prevention and overall wellbeing, and I’m deeply passionate about sharing this knowledge to inspire lasting change.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapist

Will Petty

I’m Will, a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), mindset coach, and husband, based in the vibrant city of Exeter. My mission is to empower individuals to break free from limiting narratives and achieve lasting personal growth by combining the practical techniques of CBT with the deeper insights of depth psychology.

My passion for understanding the human mind began during my career as a pilot in the Royal Navy. It was there that I developed a fascination with peak performance, flow states, and how our inner dialogue can either propel us forward or hold us back from reaching our full potential. Alongside my flying duties, I trained as a coach and

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner with the Royal Navy Leadership Academy. I quickly realised that I derived greater fulfilment from mentoring and coaching the men and women under my command than from flying itself.

In 2022, I transitioned from aviation to focus entirely on my passion for psychology and mental health, completing an 18-month Postgraduate Diploma in CBT at the University of Exeter. Today, I work with individuals and groups through my private practice and a local charity, firmly believing that community-based work has the greatest potential for transformative impact.
